Born and raised in Silverton, Dr. Meagan Dahl knew she wanted to be a physical therapist after working as a PT aide during high school. The idea of treating patients’ chronic or acute pain with movement if able, versus prescription medication aligned with her approach to medicine and how she wanted to help others. She considered other healthcare professions but quickly realized that blood and needles weren’t her strong suit!
Dr. Dahl received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Oregon State University. She then went on to George Fox University to complete her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. As part of Dr. Dahl’s treatment philosophy, she believes patient education and movement are essential to successfully overcoming injury and pain.
Dr. Dahl is a specialist in pelvic floor physical therapy. Seeing how this specialty can transform a patient’s quality of life and the immense appreciation felt by patients during treatment ignited a passion within
her. Perinatal care, pelvic pain, and incontinence are her just a few of the conditions she enjoys working with most. Dr. Dahl has advanced her expertise in treating pregnancy and postpartum conditions by becoming a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) to better serve this population.
Dr. Dahl and her husband welcomed their first child, Knox, in September 2022 and welcomed baby boy #2 in June 2024. Outside of work, she loves her new role as a boy mom.
