Shannon Forrestall, MSPT, PRPC received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York in 1998. Shannon holds her Pelvic Rehabilitation Specialty Certification through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She has been practicing Physical Therapy in the Willamette Valley of Oregon since graduation. Most of her career as a PT has been focused in outpatient orthopedic private practice working with a variety of pelvic floor dysfunction.
Shannon is the co-founder and independent owner of the Pelvic Wellness Center of Salem. She and her staff have a devoted practice to helping men, women, and children with a variety of urogenital, colorectal problems as well as helping women during pregnancy and postpartum. Outside of the clinic, Shannon volunteers as the Northwest Regional Representative of the APTA’s Section on Women’s Health.
In her spare time, She enjoys traveling, pursuing outdoor activities in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, and making great memories with family and friends.
